One thing most women more than men have difficulty obtaining as well as maintaining is nice, toned arms. A product that has done very well in the fitness market currently is the Shake Weight Dumbbell by Fitness IQ. The television commercials are not avoidable as the company has done some very effective marketing work making the product gain fame quickly and become successful over the past year. It certainly has been on the market for a long time for men, but recently it has struck up some chatter concerning if this product can really work for the ladies.
The Shake Weight is a small and compact barbell that can be used by men and women and at quite an affordable rate as well. The people at Fitness IQ have created this product to use while in the comfort of your own home and to target the arm muscles as well as the shoulders and even some exercises for the laterals alike. The product is small and easy to transport weighing only three pounds and small enough to fit nicely in any luggage. It also comes along with an instructional DVD to help guide the user through the proper exercises to tone and firm the muscle groups. It has a slogan that it is to be easier and more effective at toning the areas of the arms by three hundred percent more than using regular weight sets. The product is to be used by holding it in place just in front of your body and shaking the weight for a specific amount of time per exercise. The DVD will go step by step through sets to build better biceps, triceps and shoulders. It can even workout your chest muscles and all rather quickly. Results may vary, but on average most Shake Weight users claim they have seen the results of their efforts using this fitness product in just one week. It is suggested to utilize the Shake Weight just six minutes each day for best results.
Some things that may stray a potential customer from enjoying the Shake Weight product is the reviews it has gotten on the web. Some reviews that were mostly made by females have claimed the product was easy to use the first day and that they became very sore and experienced muscle tenderness the following days. This can be just a common complaint that some would go through if they do not typically work those muscles out on a regular basis, but it should be noted that if you have a previous injury in the arms, shoulders or chest you should seek the recommendation of your doctor before using it. It also only works the upper body out, which may be another downside to the Shake Weight.
Lol, I have seen this commercial on the internet. I think it's sexy and suggestive.. ;)
ReplyDeleteI have the shake weight for women (Saw it at dollar general the other day, it's as low as 12 or 15 dollars now I believe). Yes it works great! Although my arms look nothing like the woman in the picture featured on this post (lol, thank God), but they are toned with no flab.
ReplyDeleteLOL, I'm with you Krinsky J!! Those commercials with those men doing it totally look like they are doing a jacking off motion...ha ha
ReplyDeleteWow, I didn't know it was that cheap now. Thanks for the info Brand messineo. With your good recommendation and it's low price I think I'll take the risk and see how it works for me.
