Right on! Definitely DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST! I used to have a problem with never feeling hungry in the am, but knew I needed something even though I didn't want to eat. Carnation's (or Wal-Mart brand) instant breakfast comes in 3 or 4 different flavors and are packed with essential vitamins. It is a great meal replacement.
